Jene Dominguez is the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Behavioral Innovations in Kyle, TX. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies, and earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University. With over 11 years of experience in the ABA field—including 7 as a BCBA—Jene is passionate about using behavioral science to make a lasting impact.

Known for her collaborative energy and innovative approach, Jene is committed to helping children build independence and find their voice. She’s continually inspired by the resilience of her clients and loves supporting both families and team members in meaningful ways.
