Andrew Morgan holds an M.A. in Professional Behavior Analysis and brings 17 years of experience to the field. He joined Behavioral Innovations because of its center-based therapy model, strong values, and collaborative culture—all of which align with his professional goals and passion for team-based care.

Andrew thrives on the critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving that come with being a BCBA. He values the opportunity to work closely with both RBTs and fellow BCBAs to create meaningful outcomes for the clients they serve.

Fun fact: Before becoming a BCBA, Andrew worked as a chef for several years—and he still enjoys cooking when he’s not out rock climbing, hiking, camping, or traveling with friends.
