Alexis Del Bello holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and brings nearly 13 years of experience in the field. She joined Behavioral Innovations to provide high-quality behavior analysis while growing as a clinician and leader in a collaborative environment. Alexis’s strong communication and interpersonal skills enable her to build lasting rapport with clients, families, and colleagues. Witnessing a child’s first steps in communication and families gaining effective tools to manage challenging behaviors fuels her commitment to making a meaningful impact every day.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys playing outdoors with her family and dogs. She lives by the motto, “Progress over perfection,” a reminder that every step forward counts. Passionate about supporting the Epilepsy Foundation, she advocates for increased awareness and research to improve lives. Originally from a small town in Wisconsin with just 1,200 people and one stoplight, Alexis now embraces the diversity and vibrancy of Houston—and if she could have one superpower, it would be the ability to manipulate time to cherish every precious moment with her daughter.
