Jessica Collins, BCBA, LBA
Jessica is a vital member of the Behavioral Innovations team with several years of both in-home and clinical experience. During her undergraduate, she worked as an RBT in the clinical setting gaining experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has spent time working with teachers and other educational professionals as a Behavioral Specialist for the State Department of Oklahoma.
Prior to becoming a BCBA, Jessica obtained her certification as a BCBA and began providing supervision to RBT's as a Program supervisor in the OKC Metro area. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA. She understands the need and is very passionate about providing quality services to families in the OKC metro and surrounding areas.
When she is not at work you can find her at the baseball field cheering on her 10 year old son that plays competitive, travel baseball. She is also a fan of Sooner football and many major league baseball teams. Little known fact about Jessica is that the military has moved her all around allowing her the opportunity to live in 7 different states ultimately making Oklahoma her home.
Alexis Rittenhouse, BCBA, LBA
Alexis begins her Behavioral Innovations journey after some really great experience within the ABA world, which was following the completion of her undergraduate degree. After finishing school, she had the privilege of working with individuals with autism and other related disorders such as, ADHD, bipolar, OCD, and ODD. She also acquired her BCBA license and will soon begin pursuing her second master’s in Speech-Pathology. Alexis is super passionate about providing functional communication to her clients, whether it be sign, vocal, picture exchange systems or communication devices. Alexis’ wealth of knowledge and drive will help our Tulsa center go a long way!
Olivia Lane | Clinical Operations Manager
Olivia Lane is the Clinical Operations Manager for Tulsa. She is an Oklahoma native and received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Masters of Education in Special Education with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and Fundamentals of Special Education from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. Olivia has experience working with children with special needs in both school and clinic settings.
Olivia loves spending her free time with her fur baby Murphy the cat, baking cookies, trying new teas, and supporting local businesses.
Stephanie Goins | Center Administrator
Stephanie comes to us with over 15 years of management experience in the healthcare industry and a tremendous desire to provide hope and support for those kiddos on the autism spectrum. She has a passion for early intervention and will leverage her experiences into a successful career with BI and we are more than lucky to have her!
