In our center we have five therapy rooms, a large gross motor room, a separate room for occupational therapy, and a speech room. Victoria Nieves, RBT
Clinical Operations Manager
Victoria Nieves is the Clinical Operations Manager of our treatment center in Castle Hills. She has been with Behavioral Innovations since we opened in February of 2010. She has had the wonderful privilege of seeing this company grow from just two centers (one in Dallas, and one in San Antonio), to now having grown all over Texas! Her favorite part of being a member of the BI family is getting to see the children's success and seeing the joy on their faces when they have gained a new skill. She also loves seeing her teammates grow as therapists and individuals and being a part of their journey as they decide what career to pursue (future Speech pathologists, Occupational therapists, BCBA's, etc.). Behavioral Innovations is in the business of changing lives and she just loves being a part of that vision.
When she is not at work, you can find her at home with her two very spoiled dogs (Chulo and Dezzy). She is very involved in her church, where she plays piano and sings in the praise & worship band. She has a big family where jokes at your expense come free, food is always homemade, coffee is always ready, celebrations are loud, and hugs are mandatory. She says she couldn't ask for more!
Richard is the first male Business Manager for Behavioral Innovations. He joined the San Antonio Castle Hills team in November 2016. Richard was born in New Jersey, but grew up in Germany for ten years, and moved to San Antonio in 2002. He graduated from San Antonio College with an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design. During his free time, Richard’s hobbies include drawing and sketching, video gaming, and traveling. Richard also enjoys acting, in which he has had few small appearances in a few commercials, television shows, and movies. Richard’s main passion in life is to become a professional artist and sell his creations.
