Sarah Williams comes to Behavioral Innovations with 2-year experience working as a BCBA in her previous role.

Sarah has been working in the field of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) since 2016 after she completed her master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis.

Sarah is passionate about helping children learn to live fuller lives and watching them succeed with new skills and challenges. She is an empathic, dedicated, and inspiring mentor to kids and feels gratified when seeing a kid independently complete a skill for his/her first time. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Sarah also loves to explore the outdoors and usually spends her spare time paddle boarding, hiking, swimming, and walking her dog.
