Nicole Williams is the Senior Director of Clinical Services in Flower Mound. She holds a Master of Science degree and is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. With 10 years of experience in ABA, Nicole brings strong clinical expertise and a passion for developing high-quality therapeutic teams.

Nicole returned to Behavioral Innovations because of the company’s meaningful growth and improvement over the years, and she is excited to contribute to its continued success. She has a strong love for teaching—whether supporting RBTs and BTs through supervision or helping clients build new, meaningful skills.

Outside of her clinical work, Nicole enjoys reading, running, and staying active in all things sports.
