Marisa Goodwin holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and an M.A. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and related disabilities, Marisa brings deep expertise and a collaborative spirit to her role as Senior Director of Clinical Services.

Marisa joined Behavioral Innovations seeking new challenges and was quickly re-energized by the company’s mission and culture. She takes pride in her creative problem-solving and ability to work closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to tailor strategies for each learner. Empowering others—both clients and colleagues—is at the heart of her work.

Fun fact: In high school, Marisa wrote a bill advocating for mandatory congenital heart defect screening for newborns—and it passed into law in Florida!
