Jennifer O’Brien is the Senior Director of Clinical Services in Cockeysville. She holds a Master of Education in Special Education and a post-master’s certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jennifer brings five years of experience in special education and three and a half years in early intervention, giving her a strong foundation in supporting young learners and their families.

Jennifer joined Behavioral Innovations because she truly believes in the company’s core values. She is excited to support local children and families as they navigate an autism diagnosis and begin their journey with ABA therapy.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys sewing, taking walks, watching reality TV, and grabbing coffee with friends. She’s currently on a mission to sew her entire wardrobe. One of the best pieces of advice she’s ever received is to not let someone else’s behavior influence her own.

If she could choose a superpower, she’d stop time—just long enough to catch up on sleep!
