Hope Sigmon is the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Windsor Mill. She holds a master’s degree and brings 10 years of experience in the field. Hope joined Behavioral Innovations because it offered an environment where she could continue to grow, learn, and challenge herself professionally.

Hope’s favorite part of her work is that no two days are the same. She enjoys the constant learning, new experiences, and the opportunity to support children and families in meaningful and ever-evolving ways.

Outside of work, Hope enjoys working out and taking long walks with her dog. Her personal motto is: “Some days are better than others!” She also carries a meaningful piece of advice with her: “You walked 10 miles into the woods, and you gotta walk 10 miles out of the woods.”

Originally from Boston, Hope moved to Maryland in 2023—without knowing anyone or ever having visited—bringing her dog and cat along and embracing the adventure with courage and optimism.
