Ashley Moreno holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Regis College. She has over 11 years of experience in the ABA field and has been with Behavioral Innovations for 10 years. Starting as an RBT, Ashley has grown within the organization—moving into roles as COM, BCBA, and now Senior Director of Clinical Services.

Ashley originally joined BI when it was a small, tight-knit company with only three San Antonio centers. She was drawn to its welcoming, supportive culture and has stayed because of the meaningful impact it allows her to have on families and the growth opportunities it offers to team members.

Fun fact: Ashley is a big gamer and enjoys exploring coffee shops, traveling, and visiting national parks in her free time.
