We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Haleigh Tober, our newest BCBA Apprentice at Lakewood – BI!
Haleigh earned her master’s degree in Special Education – Applied Behavior Analysis. With three years of experience as an RBT, she decided to take the leap to Behavioral Innovations, finding it to be the perfect fit for her current career aspirations.
What truly inspires Haleigh in her role is witnessing the incredible growth and development of the children she works with. She takes pride in being a reliable and trustworthy person they can depend on. During her sessions, she loves to entertain the kids by showcasing her talent for making a hilariously realistic goat noise that never fails to bring a smile to their faces! One of her greatest joys is watching children master new skills, particularly those that were previously challenging or frustrating for them.
Outside of work, Haleigh leads an active and fulfilling life. You can often find her at CrossFit, where she enjoys staying fit and pushing her limits. She also loves the company of her two beloved doggos and enjoys listening to music and attending concerts as well. Spending quality time with her friends is another aspect of her life that brings her joy!
