Albert Anaya, Clinical Director

Albert received his bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science with Specialization in Neuroscience from University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2008. He did research in neurofeedback training (NFT) in autism and mirror neuron system.

Soon after in 2009, he started to work with a company as a therapist implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) in the home, community, and clinic setting with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities ages 3 to 21. In 2011, he applied to get his master’s degree and completed the program in 2013 and received his degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism and soon after received his BCBA certification. 

Albert also volunteers in a non-profit organization providing trainings and presentations to parents on ABA and IEPs throughout Orange County, California. Albert has experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and/or other developmental disabilities for the last 11 years. He has experience in discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic training, food refusal, functional communication, toilet training, and maladaptive behaviors.
