As Chief Human Resources Officer at Behavioral Innovations, Monna’s key role is to align, develop and implement HR strategies within a scalable HR infrastructure that enables the company to achieve rapid growth and deliver expected ROI.  Leading a team of HR professionals, Monna’s responsibilities touch all functional chairs of Human Resources from Talent Acquisition and the candidate experience through delivering best in class core services to a large, geographically distributed employee population.  Working with the executive team, Monna led the development of the company’s mission, vision and values which reflect both the promise of BI’s brand to kiddos and to each other.

Monna brings over 15 years of experience in multi-site, multi-state and international operations industries. Prior to joining BI, Monna had leadership positions at Bank of America, P&G, JLL and Behavioral Health Group. 

Monna received her MBA at the University of Houston. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas – Austin & Lamar University.
